All digital designs and products purchased from Two to Tandem Co. are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, alter, or use them for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. All templates, files, and artwork remain the intellectual property of Two to Tandem Co., even after purchase.
Orders, Revisions and Delivery
Each product listing clearly outlines what is included — such as the number of revisions, customization options, and estimated delivery times. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions. We aim to deliver files promptly, but timely delivery also depends on receiving accurate and complete information from the client.
Liability and Client Responsibility
While we take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our designs, final responsibility for reviewing all content (including names, dates, and spelling) lies with the client. Two to Tandem Co. is not liable for any errors once a design has been approved and finalized.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content created by Two to Tandem Co. — including but not limited to logos, templates, illustrations, and layout designs — is protected under copyright laws. Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
Payments and Transactions
All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to change without prior notice. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
