All of these packages are fully flexible, so if you’d like to swap any items (for example, changing the Order of Events to a Rehearsal Dinner Card or exchanging the Welcome Signage for a Bridal Invitation), we can easily adjust to fit your specific needs.

1. Discovery & Booking

Once you inquire, we’ll set up a conversation or email chat to learn more about your vision. You’ll receive a welcome guide and a quote, and once booked, a personalized questionnaire to begin the creative journey.


2. Moodboard & Concept Sketches

Using your wedding moodboard, we’ll define the color palette, fonts, illustration styles and other details. From there, we’ll sketch ideas and present 2 proposals.


3. Design Phase

Each piece is thoughtfully illustrated and designed — from custom venue paintings to meaningful monograms and cohesive stationery elements. You’ll be involved every step of the way with digital previews and rounds of refinement.


4. Final Files

Once the designs are approved, we’ll send you the final high-resolution files for self-printing or digital use — depending on the option you choose.


5. Day-of Pieces

We’ll wrap up the suite with day-of signage, menus, place cards, and anything else you need, ensuring everything feels cohesive, elegant, and personal from start to finish.

Payment

Once you’ve submitted the inquiry form, we’ll prepare a custom invoice based on your selected package and any add-ons.

Your project officially begins once payment is received in full. We accept all major payment methods through a secure online checkout.
All prices are in USD.

Please note:
Bookings are confirmed on a first-paid, first-booked basis. To reserve your spot in the design calendar, full payment must be completed.
